Palladio 350 Top Slicer

Palladio 350 Top Slicer professional with a rounded line without sharp edges and visible screws and a rectified chrome-plated sliding pin. The sliding bushings are made of lapped cast iron and it has bumpers on the trolley made of vulcanized rubber. The blade support cover is removable and the stainless steel slice deflector has a bayonet joint. All small parts are made of stainless steel. It is equipped with a bottom cover and a watertight system on the pulley. There is a distance of 49.5 mm between the blade and the head. The electronic board is switchable 110-220-380 V single-phase and three-phase. The sharpener has a lower protective tray. The standard blade extractor has a blade inclination of 35° and plastic knobs are also provided. The IP 67 buttons are made of stainless steel.\n\nDetails:\n
