Chopping block MM.400X400 aluminium + HDPE top Suitable for processing meat, fish, vegetables and all food in general, essential in butcher shops, fishmongers, delicatessens, food industry and hotel and restaurant kitchens. HD polyethylene tops do not absorb, are antibacterial and easy to wash. Do not damage knife edges. Structure in anodised aluminium tube 50x50 mm, reinforced internally with galvanised steel for greater stability and sturdiness.
