Gas full hotplate range with 4 burners on cabinet with doors. Sides, bottom and back in stainless steel. AISI 304 stainless steel top, 20/10 thick. Designed for flush-top installation. Enameled cast iron rear flue. Radiant plate featuring differentiated high-efficiency thermal zones and equipped with a removable central plate. Heating is provided by a cast iron burner with a power of 3.5 kW. Gas delivery is controlled by a safety valve with thermocouple and a pilot burner for automatic ignition. Ignition by piezoelectric device. Plate dimensions 380x710. Gas supply by safety valve taps with thermocouple and pilot burner, for automatic ignition of the burners. Top with hygienic rounded corners equipped with thick, acid-resistant enameled cast iron grids. Appliance equipped with 4 rapid cast iron/brass burners, hermetically fixed to the top, nr. 4 burners of 6 kW. (Available burner powers: 3.5 kW, 6 kW). Labyrinth control knobs prevent water penetration during cleaning operations. Appliance equipped with four height-adjustable feet for countertop positioning. IPX4 protection rating.
