Full flat-top gas cooker with 4 burners on a cabinet with doors. Sides, bottom and backrest in stainless steel. AISI 304 stainless steel top, 20/10 thick. Designed for head-to-head joining. Rear chimney in enameled cast iron. Cast iron radiant plate featuring differentiated high-efficiency thermal zones and equipped with a removable central plate. Heating is provided by a cast iron burner with a power of 7 kW. Gas supply is through a safety tap with thermocouple and a pilot burner for automatic ignition. Ignition by piezoelectric device. Plate dimensions 380x710. Cooking hob equipped with rapid cast iron/brass burners, hermetically sealed. Gas supply via safety valved taps with thermocouple and pilot burner, for automatic ignition of the burners. Hob with hygienic rounded corners equipped with thick and acid-resistant enameled cast iron grids. Appliance equipped with 2 left burners (10+10 kW) and 2 right burners (10+7.5 kW) hermetically fixed to the top. (Available burner powers: 3.5 kW, 6 kW, 7.5 kW, 10 kW).
