Predisposition for head-to-head joining. Radiant plate featuring differentiated, high-efficiency thermal zones and equipped with a removable central plate. Heating is provided by a 9 kW cast iron burner. Gas supply is managed by a safety tap with thermocouple and pilot burner for automatic ignition. Piezoelectric ignition. Plate dimensions 760x710. GN 2/1 gas oven with thermostatic valve for temperature regulation from 50°C to 300°C. Stabilized flame burner with piezoelectric ignition, complete with pilot flame and safety thermocouple.
