Gas boiling top cooker model on open cabinet. Sides, bottom and back in stainless steel. Top in 20/10 thick AISI 304 stainless steel. Set up for head-to-head connection. Side chimney in stainless steel. High-efficiency cast iron solid top with differentiated thermal zones and a removable central plate. Heating is provided by a 12 kW cast iron burner. Gas is supplied by a safety tap with thermocouple and a pilot burner for automatic ignition of the burner. Ignition by piezoelectric device. Plate dimensions 760x710. Labyrinth control knobs prevent water from penetrating inside during cleaning operations on both sides. Base made entirely of stainless steel. Height-adjustable stainless steel feet.
