Full-plate gas range on an open cabinet. Sides, bottom, and back in stainless steel. Top in AISI 304 stainless steel, 20/10 thickness. Designed for head-to-head connection. Enameled cast iron back chimney. Cast iron radiant plate featuring differentiated high-efficiency thermal zones and equipped with a removable central plate. Heating is provided by a 12 kW cast iron burner. Gas is supplied via a safety tap with thermocouple and pilot burner for automatic ignition. Ignition via piezoelectric device. Plate dimensions 760x710. Labyrinth control knobs that prevent water penetration during cleaning operations. Base made entirely of stainless steel. Height-adjustable stainless steel feet.
