Cast iron radiant plate featuring differentiated high-efficiency thermal zones and equipped with a removable central plate. Heating is via a cast iron burner with a power of 12 kW. Gas supply is via a safety tap with thermocouple and pilot burner for automatic burner ignition. Ignition by piezoelectric device. Plate dimensions 760x710. Labyrinth control knobs prevent water penetration during cleaning operations. Appliance equipped with four height-adjustable feet for countertop positioning. IPX5 protection rating.
