C9 VV stainless steel cutter with 9.4L bowl

Cutter model C9 VV with a sturdy AISI 430 stainless steel structure. The side-by-side motor and bowl allow the processed product to be isolated from heat. The bowl is made of AISI 304 stainless steel with a thermal base and handles, and the high-efficiency ventilated motor with continuous speed variator as standard allows for continuous use. The sturdy curved blade knives are made of hardened cutlery steel. Safety is guaranteed by a double microswitch system on the lid. The transparent Lexan lid provides excellent visibility during processing and has a hole for adding ingredients.
