Planetary mixer, Plutone 10 model\n\nThe mixer has a solid painted cast iron structure, with a wire bowl guard and an easily removable 304 stainless steel bowl. It also includes a safety device that activates when the guard is opened and the bowl is lowered. It comes with 3 easily replaceable processing accessories: an aluminum cast spatula and dough hook, and an aluminum and steel cast whisk. The mechanical gearbox has 3 speeds.
