Planetary mixer, Plutone 7 model:\n\nPlanetary mixer entirely made of metal with NVR device, liftable head for bowl removal, tool replacement, and general cleaning. The removable bowl is made of stainless steel with a 7-liter capacity and a DC motor with speed variator and grease-lubricated gear transmission. Microswitches are provided on the head lift. The machine is suitable for soft doughs; for medium consistency doughs (e.g., bread), a maximum of 1 kg of flour is recommended. It is NOT suitable for very hard doughs (e.g., taralli).\n\nThe Plutone 7 version has a knob for quick head fixing and 3 metal tools.\n\nDetails:\n
