Planetary mixer, Plutone 7 Plus model:\n\nPlanetary mixer entirely made of metal with NVR device, liftable head for bowl removal, tool replacement and general cleaning. The removable bowl is made of stainless steel with a capacity of 7 liters and a DC motor with speed variator and grease-lubricated gear transmission. Microswitches are provided on the head lift. The machine is suitable for soft doughs; for medium consistency doughs (e.g. bread), a maximum of 1 kg of flour is recommended. It is NOT suitable for very hard doughs (e.g. taralli).\n\nThe Plutone 7 Plus version has an upgraded 350 Watt motor, an enlarged and upgraded gear transmission system, a quick-release head locking lever, and 3 stainless steel tools.\n\nDetails:\n
