Electric indirect heating boiling pan 50 litres. Sides, bottom and back made of stainless steel. AISI 304 stainless steel top, 20/10 thickness, moulded and equipped with a recessed area. Prepared for head-to-head connection. Rear chimney in enamelled cast iron. Cooking well with AISI 316 bottom and AISI 304 walls. Balanced AISI 304 lid with athermal handle. Stainless steel supporting structure. Thermal insulation guaranteed by thick panels. Water filling into the well via solenoid valve (hot/cold water) and adjustable spigot. Well drainage hole with removable filter. Front chromed brass drain cock with insulated handle. Manual reset safety thermostat that intervenes in case of overtemperature. AISI 304 cavity. Cavity pressure control via safety valve and analog manometer. Heating occurs by means of armoured INCOLOY-800 alloy heating elements, controlled by an electromechanical thermostat. Temperature setting with electromechanical thermostat and min/max selector. Cavity water level control via level taps. Labyrinth control knobs that prevent water penetration during cleaning operations. Appliance equipped with height-adjustable stainless steel feet. IPX5 protection rating.
