Two-burner gas hob, top model. Sides, bottom and back in stainless steel. Pressed top in AISI 304 stainless steel, 20/10 thickness. Provision for head-to-head coupling. Gas supply via safety valve taps with thermocouple and pilot burner for automatic ignition of the burners. Top with hygienic rounded corners equipped with thick, acid-resistant enamelled cast iron grids. Appliance equipped with two rapid cast iron/brass burners, hermetically fixed to the top: 1x 10 kW burner and 1x 6 kW burner. (Available burner powers: 3.5 kW, 6 kW, 7.5 kW, 10 kW). Labyrinth control knobs prevent water penetration inside the controls during cleaning operations. Appliance equipped with four height-adjustable feet for countertop positioning.
