Top with rounded hygienic corners, equipped with high-thickness enameled cast iron grids resistant to acids. Appliance equipped with two rapid cast iron/brass burners, hermetically fixed to the top, no. 1 10 kW burner and no. 1 6 kW burner. (Available power per burner: 3.5 kW, 6 kW, 7.5 kW, 10 kW). Labyrinth control knobs that prevent water penetration into the controls during cleaning operations. Appliance equipped with four height-adjustable feet for countertop placement.
