Gas delivery via safety-valved taps with thermocouple and pilot burner for automatic burner ignition. Top with hygienic rounded corners, equipped with thick and acid-resistant enameled cast iron grates. Appliance equipped with two rapid cast iron/brass burners, hermetically fixed to the hob, no. 1 x 10 kW burner and no. 1 x 6 kW burner. (Available burner powers: 3.5 kW, 6 kW, 7.5 kW, 10 kW). Labyrinth control knobs prevent water penetration into the controls during cleaning operations. Appliance equipped with four height-adjustable feet for countertop placement. IPX5 protection rating.
