Top with hygienic rounded corners equipped with high-thickness, acid-resistant enameled cast iron grates. Appliance equipped with high-power cast iron/brass rapid burners with removable enameled steel bowls for cleaning. No. 1 burner of 7. 5 kW and no. 1 burner of 5. 5 kW. Labyrinth control knobs prevent water penetration inside the controls during cleaning operations. Base entirely made of stainless steel. Height-adjustable stainless steel feet.
