Gas supply by safety-valved taps with thermocouple and pilot burner for automatic ignition of the burners. Hob with hygienic rounded corners equipped with heavy-duty, acid-resistant enameled cast iron grates. Appliance equipped with two rapid cast iron/brass burners, hermetically fixed to the hob, no. 1 x 10 kW burner and no. 1 x 6 kW burner. (Available burner powers: 3.5 kW, 6 kW, 7.5 kW, 10 kW). Labyrinth control knobs prevent water from penetrating inside the controls during cleaning operations. Base made entirely of stainless steel. Hinged door. Ergonomic handle.
