Gas supply via safety-valved taps with thermocouple and pilot burner for automatic ignition of the burners. Top with hygienic rounded corners equipped with thick, acid-resistant enameled cast iron grids. Appliance equipped with two quick cast iron/brass burners, hermetically fixed to the top, nr. 3 burners of 6 kW and nr. 1 burner of 3.5 kW. (Available power per burner: 3.5 kW, 6 kW). Labyrinth control knobs that prevent water penetration inside the controls during cleaning operations. Base entirely made of stainless steel. Height-adjustable stainless steel feet.
