Top model 4-burner gas hob. Sides, bottom and back in stainless steel. AISI 304 stainless steel stamped top, 20/10 thick. Designed for head-to-head connection. Hob equipped with rapid cast iron/brass burners mounted watertight. Gas supply via safety valved taps with thermocouple and pilot burner for automatic ignition of the burners. Top with hygienic rounded corners equipped with thick, acid-resistant enameled cast iron grids. Appliance equipped with four rapid cast iron/brass burners, hermetically fixed to the top, nr. 3 burners of 10 kW and nr. 1 burner of 6 kW. (Available burner powers: 3.5 kW, 6 kW, 7.5 kW, 10 kW). Labyrinth control knobs that prevent water penetration into the controls during cleaning operations. Appliance equipped with four height-adjustable feet for countertop placement.
