Cooking top equipped with rapid cast iron/brass burners mounted watertight. Gas supply via safety-valved taps with thermocouple and pilot burner for automatic burner ignition. Top with hygienic rounded corners equipped with thick, acid-resistant enameled cast iron grates. Appliance equipped with four rapid cast iron/brass burners, hermetically fixed to the top, no. 3 burners of 10 kW and no. 1 burner of 6 kW. (Available power per burner: 3.5 kW, 6 kW, 7.5 kW, 10 kW).
