Gas supply via safety-valved taps with thermocouple and pilot burner for automatic ignition of the burners. Top with hygienic rounded corners, equipped with thick, acid-resistant enamelled cast iron grids. Appliance equipped with high-power rapid cast iron/brass burners with removable enamelled steel bowls for cleaning. No. 2 burners of 7.5 kW and no. 2 burners of 5.5 kW. Labyrinth control knobs prevent water penetration inside the controls during cleaning operations. Appliance equipped with four height-adjustable feet for countertop placement. Protection degree IPX4.
