Gas supply by means of safety-valved taps with thermocouple and pilot burner for automatic burner ignition. Top with hygienic rounded corners, equipped with thick, acid-resistant enamelled cast iron grids. Appliance equipped with high-power rapid cast iron/brass burners with removable enamelled steel bowls for cleaning. No. 2 burners 7.5 kW and no. 2 burners 5.5 kW. Labyrinth control knobs prevent water penetration inside the controls during cleaning operations. Base entirely made of stainless steel. Hinged doors with tubular stainless steel handle.
