Gas delivery by safety valved taps with thermocouple and pilot burner, for automatic ignition of the burners. Top with hygienic rounded corners equipped with thick and acid-resistant enamelled cast iron grids. Equipment with six rapid cast iron/brass burners, hermetically fixed to the top, nr. 4 10 kW burners and nr. 2 6 kW burners. (Available burner powers: 3.5 kW, 6 kW, 7.5 kW, 10 kW). Labyrinth control knobs that prevent water from penetrating inside the controls during cleaning operations. Printed hinged door. Ergonomic handle. Base completely made of stainless steel.
