Sterilizer model Ster UV 16w:
It is built entirely of AISI 430 stainless steel, with a 48 cm high smoked plexiglass door that perfectly seals the chamber. Equipped with a fully removable transparent plexiglass knife holder for better cleaning, allowing knives to be sterilized without having to turn them. Provided with mercury vapor lamps with wire mesh protection and a safety microswitch that turns off the lamps when the door is opened and vice versa when closed.

The 24W model with an exclusive drip tray, integrated with the knife holder, is available upon request.
