Shipping Costs & Times
Some shipping methods offered are "traceable" and can therefore be constantly followed during the various stages of shipment. However, this service is not available for all orders. You will be able to choose the shipping method of your parcel directly on the purchase page.Orders placed are normally delivered on the business day following the order.
Shipment within the EU may take up to 7 business days. Shipment to non-EU countries may take up to 2 weeks.
Orders that are shipped with Tracking nr tend to arrive at higher speeds. As soon as the neck is delivered to the courier you will receive a tracking number that will give you details on the delivery situation.
Shipping costs Italy, Europe and extra EU are to be considered as estimated and subject to our approval (which will take place within 4/5 days of order confirmation).
1. The main goal is to ensure that the order arrives at destination as soon as possible. However, customers and / or recipients are responsible for purchasing the products received and the delivery details provided (always check that they are correct).
2. No liability can be assumed for any losses incurred by the customer or recipient in terms of unreimburseable shipping costs and / or additional costs for the delivery or replacement of the goods.
3. If you receive a wrong or damaged item, please contact us by phone or email within three days of receipt of the order, preferably with a photograph of the package and its contents.Please do not post products without first contacting us and having received an RMA number.Refunds are possible by the freight forwarder if the shipment is insured.
Costs for departure shipment and import duty are not refundable. The same argument applies to the costs incurred for the return and the insurance of the item, unless otherwise agreed
.As stated in "Terms & Conditions" responsibility is borne by the customer / recipient once the order is shipped.
