MIR.V. 220 C 230 MN Elegant slicers made of polished, anodised aluminium alloy; high-reliability components and details to ensure excellent performance and long service life. The product plates mounted on self-lubricating bushings and ball bearings glide very smoothly and allow easy slicing of cured meats, aged cheeses, fish, hard meats and more. The slice thickness is adjusted by a very sensitive cam mechanism allowing millimetre-precise setting; long-lasting special steel blade, hardened, chrome-plated and ground. Designed in compliance with current safety regulations, the Mirra CE professional slicers feature: - 24 V electrical system and NVR device; - lower cover; - Plexiglas hand guard; - microswitch on the anti-splash guard rod; - electronic control panel with gasket and IP 54 insulated silicone mask; - blade guard ring; - carriage and sliding plate movement lock when the carriage is removed.
