Rear flue in enamelled cast iron. Cooking well with AISI 316 bottom and AISI 304 walls. Balanced lid in AISI 304 with athermal handle. Stainless steel supporting structure. Thermal insulation guaranteed by thick panels. Water filling in the well via tap (hot/cold water) and adjustable spout. Well drain hole with removable filter. Front chrome-plated brass drain tap with insulated handle. Heating is achieved by means of high-efficiency tubular burners. The cooking temperature is controlled by a safety tap with thermocouple and pilot burner. Piezoelectric ignition. Labyrinth control knobs that prevent water penetration during cleaning operations.
