BORZ s.r.l. is a company based in Trentino operating in the sector of PRODUCTION, COMMERCIALIZATION, INSTALLATION AND TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE OF FURNITURE
AND EQUIPMENT FOR THE HOTEL AND CATERING SECTORS.

The "Mission" of BORZ s.r.l. is to become a national benchmark in the design, production, and marketing of industrial solutions for catering and hospitality professionals, through tailor-made consultancy that constantly evolves to always meet new market needs.

The main products and services are:

  • Production of steel furniture (stainless steel furniture for the food sector, laboratories, etc.).
  • Sale of professional equipment for the HORECA sector.
  • Specialized technical assistance for the aforementioned equipment.

BORZ s.r.l., in implementing its Management System, has defined this Company Policy. Specifically, Borz srl is committed to:

  1. Constantly considering the context in which the company operates, as well as the needs and expectations of interested parties such as shareholders, employees, collaborators, customers, suppliers, public administration, and society in general.
  2. Defining, maintaining updated, and fully applying its Company Management System, providing and committing adequate structures, resources, financial means, personnel, and expertise.
  3. Applying international standards for quality management (ISO 9001) and environmental management (ISO 14001) and implementing good practices for Health and Safety in Workplaces to protect and guarantee its customers, its employees, the environment, and other interested parties, and to comply with all applicable mandatory regulations.
  4. Identifying, evaluating, and managing the risks that may affect our company, the environment, our employees, the products we manufacture, and the services we provide.
  5. Obtaining and maintaining ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certifications over time to guarantee the effectiveness of the implemented Management System (quality and environment).
  6. Identifying specific process indicators, relevant targets, and measurement methods in order to implement continuous improvement of its processes, increasing their efficiency.
  7. Learning from our mistakes by implementing specific corrective actions to prevent their recurrence.
  8. Preventing potential problems, accidents, and environmental pollution by adopting specific preventive actions based on past experiences.
  9. Preventing waste production, also through the reuse of packaging, equipment repair, and spare parts recovery.
  10. Providing high-quality services and products that meet customer expectations and requirements in full compliance with product regulations, environmental regulations, and workplace safety.
  11. Respecting delivery times and the schedule established with the Customer.
  12. Measuring and guaranteeing the quality of services and products through constant monitoring of production, installation, and assistance phases.
  13. Always seeking new solutions and technologies capable of improving the quality of what is produced, respect for the environment, employee safety, and expanding the range of services and products offered.
  14. Paying attention to environmental issues in all phases of product realization and service delivery.
  15. Promoting customer focus in various work contexts, respect for all interested parties, professionalism, and team spirit.

  18. Promoting and guaranteeing the safety and health of all workers through full compliance with applicable regulations and specific awareness, training, and information for personnel.
  19. Constantly monitoring supplier performance to ensure high quality of procured products and services.
  20. Continuously monitoring customer satisfaction levels through constant information exchange, periodic Customer Satisfaction surveys, complaint and report management, and using this information to improve its processes/services.
  21. Continuously monitoring the satisfaction level of its personnel and collaborators through constant information exchange with them and using this information to improve interpersonal relationships, involvement, and staff loyalty to the company.
  22. Reviewing this Company Policy at least annually to verify its relevance and correct application.
