Type V mandoline slicer Made of stainless steel. The thickness can be adjusted by replacing the blade holder: 1.5 mm, 2.5 mm and 3.5 mm. With 2 julienne inserts: 4.5 mm and 9 mm thickness. The food holder is made of PP and 18/8 stainless steel. Unlock the blade holders with the single lock/release button. The retractable feet are coated with non-slip TPR, for stability during use. Can be used standing, placed over a bowl or even held in the hand. Supplied with a blade holder storage box, a finger guard to protect your fingers while cutting and a blade shield for safe storage.
