Door lock is included. Distilled water container made of ABS - distilled water must be filled manually. Notification on the display and audible alarm to warn when humidity is below 15% to allow the user to fill the water container. Alarm indicating that the door has been open for more than 3.5 minutes - protection against uncontrolled interruption of conditions in the chamber. Integrated UVC sterilization lamp to prevent bacterial growth and ensure a safe environment for the meat; when the door is opened during the dry aging process, bacteria do not have the possibility to develop. Forced cooling by fan which ensures the required level of air circulation. LED lights positioned on both sides of the chamber and on the ceiling. Maximum load per hook: 25 kg.
