Stainless steel bottoms and internal parts.\n Tilting pan made of AISI 304 stainless steel with thick bottom.\n The dimensions of the pan are mm.\n 610x450x160h.\n with 44 lt capacity.\n Stabilized flame burner positioned under the pan and complete with pilot burner with piezoelectric ignition.\n Gas delivery is via a safety thermostatic valve with thermocouple with a temperature regulation range from 90° to 300°C.\n Manual tilting pan model via handwheel.\n Total power 10 kW.\n\nGross volume (cubic meters): 0.641\nCode.
