Water filling into the tank via a faucet and dispensing spout fixed on the flue. AISI 304 stainless steel lid with an ergonomic heat-resistant handle. Heating is provided by armored "Incoloy 800" alloy heating elements. Temperature control guaranteed by a thermostat. Safety thermostat that intervenes in case of abnormal operation. Labyrinth control knobs prevent water penetration during cleaning operations. Appliance equipped with height-adjustable stainless steel feet. IPX5 protection rating.
