Gas solid top cooker, 2 top burners. AISI 304 stainless steel hob, 8/10 thickness. AISI 304 stainless steel casing, 8/10 thickness. Steel bottoms and internal parts. Internal reinforcements made of anti-corrosion material (aluminized sheet). Steel solid top featuring differentiated high-efficiency thermal zones and equipped with a removable central ring. Heating is provided by a high-power central cast iron burner with a piezoelectric ignition pilot burner. Gas delivery occurs via a thermocouple safety valve. 2-burner hob equipped with high-power rapid cast iron/brass burners with a pilot burner for automatic ignition. Gas delivery occurs via a safety valve with a thermocouple. The enamelled steel basin is easily removable for cleaning. The hob griddle is made of anti-acid enamelled cast iron.
