Gas all-flat top cooking range. Top made of 8/10 thickness AISI 304 stainless steel. Casing made of 8/10 thickness AISI 304 stainless steel. Bottoms and internal parts made of steel. Internal reinforcements made of anticorrosive material (aluminized sheet metal). Steel all-flat plate featuring differentiated high-efficiency thermal zones and equipped with a removable central ring. Heating occurs via a high-power central cast iron burner with piezoelectric ignition pilot burner. Gas delivery is through a safety valve with thermocouple. Nr. 1 burner 8.2 kW. Total power 8.2 kW.
