Heating occurs via a cast iron burner with a power of 6 kW. Gas supply is managed by a safety tap with a thermocouple and a pilot burner for automatic burner ignition. Ignition via piezoelectric device. Plate dimensions 380x710. Cooking surface equipped with rapid cast iron/brass burners mounted watertight.
