All-flat top gas range with 2 burners on a cabinet with doors. Sides, bottom and back in stainless steel. AISI 304 stainless steel top, 20/10 thickness. Prepared for head-to-head connection. Rear flue in enameled cast iron. Cast iron radiant plate featuring differentiated high-efficiency thermal zones and equipped with a removable central plate. Heating is done by a cast iron burner with a power of 6 kW. Gas supply is controlled by a safety tap with thermocouple and pilot burner for automatic ignition of the burner. Ignition by piezoelectric device. Plate dimensions 380x710. Gas supply by safety valved taps with thermocouple and pilot burner for automatic ignition of the burners. Top with hygienic rounded corners equipped with high-thickness, acid-resistant enameled cast iron/brass grates.
