Cast iron solid top with differentiated high-efficiency thermal zones and removable central plate. Heating is provided by a 12 kW cast iron burner. Gas delivery is via a safety tap with thermocouple and pilot burner for automatic burner ignition. Ignition by piezoelectric device. Plate dimensions 760x710. Gas oven with thermostatic valve for temperature regulation from 50°C to 300°C. Stabilized flame burner with piezoelectric ignition complete with pilot flame and safety thermocouple.
