All-flat top gas cooking range, open stand model. Sides, bottom and back made of stainless steel. AISI 304 stainless steel hob, 20/10 thickness. Designed for head-to-head connection. Stainless steel side flue. Cast iron radiant plate featuring differentiated high-efficiency thermal zones and equipped with a removable central plate. Heating provided by a 12 kW cast iron burner. Gas delivery is controlled by a safety tap with thermocouple and a pilot burner for automatic burner ignition. Ignition via piezoelectric device. Plate dimensions 760x710. Labyrinth control knobs prevent water penetration during cleaning operations on both sides. Base made entirely of stainless steel. Height-adjustable stainless steel feet. IPX4 protection rating.
