NANO 5x GN2/3 Combi Steamer: The combi steamer combines the efficiency of a convection oven with the capabilities of a steam oven. These modes can be used separately or in combination with each other. These ovens are the way to go when you want to create delicious baked goods, vegetables, flavorful roasted meat, and perfectly steamed poultry or fish. Steam is generated by directly spraying water onto the heaters. The steam levels in the chamber are controllable and the oven has multiple automated functions to maintain the set levels. A direct water connection is required: ¾", max 30 °C, 150-200 kPa (2 bar), treated and softened water only. The housing and chamber are made of high-quality stainless steel, the chamber is equipped with a drain at the bottom. The powerful 6-blade fans have auto-reverse and can rotate at two speeds (1400/2800 rpm), which results in ideal air distribution in the chamber and prevents internal turbulence. The fan motor has double bearings and 250 W of power. The manual control panel features a thermostat and steam indication lights and three large knobs for setting time, temperature, and steam quantity. The timer can be set to 120 minutes, the temperature up to 260 °C. The door is equipped with two layers of glass with space for gravity ventilation, this keeps the outer glass cool to the touch. The outer glass can be removed for easy cleaning. The door gasket is mounted in the chamber and removable for easy cleaning and replacement. The chamber is equipped with removable GN pan racks and halogen lighting.
