NANO 7x GN1/1 Convection Steam Oven: The convection steam oven combines the efficiency of a convection oven with the capabilities of a steam oven. \nThese modes can be used separately or in combination. \nThese ovens are the way to go when you want to create delicious baked goods, vegetables, flavourful roast meat and poultry, or perfectly steamed fish. \nSteam is generated by spraying water directly onto the heaters. \nSteam levels in the chamber are controllable, and the oven has multiple automated functions to maintain the set levels. \nA direct water connection is required: ¾", max 30 °C, 150-200 kPa (2 bar), treated and softened water only. \nThe casing and chamber are made of high-quality stainless steel, and the chamber is equipped with a drain at the bottom. \nThe powerful 6-blade fans have auto-reverse and can rotate at two speeds (1400/2800 rpm), which results in ideal air distribution in the chamber and prevents internal turbulence. \nThe fan motor has double bearings and 250 W of power. \nThe manual control panel is equipped with a thermostat and steam indicator lights, and three large knobs to set time, temperature, and steam quantity. \nThe timer can be set to 120 minutes, and the temperature up to 260 °C. \nThe door features two layers of glass with space for gravity ventilation, keeping the outer glass cool to the touch. \nThe outer glass can be removed for easy cleaning. \nThe door gasket is mounted in the chamber and removable for easy cleaning and replacement. \nThe chamber is equipped with removable GN tray guides and halogen lighting.\nArt.
