Electric fryer, 2 wells, 10 lt. + 10 lt. capacity. The top and wells are made entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel. The casing is made of AISI 430 stainless steel, 8/10 thick. The bottoms and internal parts are made of anti-corrosion material (aluminized sheet). Equipped with a drain tap located on the control panel and a bend with a safety connection for oil extraction from the well. Equipped with tilting armored heating elements for cleaning, regulated by a thermostat with a usage range from 100° to 190°C, a main switch, a safety thermostat, and indicator lights for correct operation. Each well has a capacity of 10 liters. Each well comes with 1 GN 1/1 basket with a thermoplastic handle and 1 well filter. Total power 18 kW. Power supply voltage V AC 400+3N 50/60 Hz.
