The reduced amount of oil required and the special immersion heating element ensure rapid and uniform cooking. It reaches the maximum temperature in just 10 minutes and at maximum load it returns to temperature in just 2 minutes. Adjustable temperature up to 190C. A lid and a basket are supplied for each tank. Each tank is equipped with a manual reset safety thermostat and a position switch for the control panel. The removable heating element and the molded tanks, together with the hygiene of stainless steel, make it very easy to keep the fryer clean.
