Designed for head-to-head connection. AISI 304 stainless steel cooking well with rounded internal corners and a front overflow for oil expansion. Residue collection through a cold zone. Heating by stabilized flame stainless steel burners positioned outside the well. Heating is regulated by a safety valve with a thermocouple. Ignition by electronic continuous spark igniter, activated by a button integrated into the gas valve control. Oil temperature controlled by a mechanical thermostat. Manual reset safety thermostat. Indicator light to show heating activation. Labyrinth control knobs prevent water penetration into the controls during cleaning operations.
