Designed for head-to-head connection. AISI 304 stainless steel molded cooking tank with rounded internal corners and front oil expansion area. Residue collection via cold zone. Heating via stabilized flame stainless steel burners located outside the tank. Heating is regulated by a safety valve with thermocouple. Ignition via electronic continuous spark igniter, activated by a button integrated into the gas valve control. Oil temperature controlled by mechanical thermostat. Manual reset safety thermostat. Indicator light to show heating activation. Labyrinth control knobs that prevent water penetration inside the controls during cleaning operations.
