Designed for flush-fitting connection. AISI 304 stainless steel cooking tanks with rounded internal corners and a front overflow for oil expansion. Residue collection via a cold zone. Heating via stabilized flame stainless steel burners positioned externally to the tank. Heating is regulated by a safety valve with a thermocouple. Ignition via an electronic spark igniter with continuous spark discharge, activated by a button integrated into the gas valve control. Oil temperature controlled by a mechanical thermostat. Manual reset safety thermostat. Indicator light to show heating activation. Labyrinth control knobs that prevent water penetration inside the controls during cleaning operations. Includes 1 x 1/1 and 2 x 1/2 chromed steel wire baskets with plastic handles. Appliance equipped with height-adjustable stainless steel feet. IPX5 protection rating. Total gas power 24 kW.
