Gas griddle with smooth chrome plate on open cabinet. Sides, bottom and back in stainless steel. Top in AISI 304 stainless steel, 20/10 thickness. Rear flue in enamelled cast iron. Designed for head-to-head coupling. Cooking plate lowered by 4 cm compared to the worktop, hermetically sealed. Cooking surface coated in mirror-polished hard chrome with a cold zone on the front of the plate. Circular hole for fat drainage. Fat collection drawer. Heating is by means of stabilised flame stainless steel burners with pilot burner and safety thermocouple. Gas is supplied by thermostatic valve. The cooking temperature is thermostatically controlled. Ignition by piezoelectric igniter located on the dashboard and equipped with a waterproof rubber cap. Labyrinth control knobs prevent water penetration during cleaning operations. Base made entirely of stainless steel. Height-adjustable stainless steel feet. IPX4 protection rating.
