Fry top gas with smooth chromed plate on open cabinet with doors. Sides, bottom and back in stainless steel. AISI 304 stainless steel top, 20/10 thickness. Enameled cast iron rear flue. Prepared for head-to-head connection. Cooking plate lowered by 4 cm compared to the worktop, hermetically sealed. Cooking surface coated in mirror-polished hard chrome with a cold zone on the front of the plate. Circular hole for fat drainage. Fat collection drawer. Two independent cooking zones. Heating by means of stabilized flame steel burners with pilot burner and safety thermocouple. Gas is supplied by means of a thermostatic valve. Cooking temperature is thermostatically controlled. Ignition by piezoelectric igniter located on the dashboard and equipped with a protective rubber cap against water. Labyrinth control knobs that prevent water penetration during cleaning operations.
