Fry top gas ribbed plate top model. Sides, bottom and back in stainless steel. AISI 304 stainless steel top, 20/10 thickness. Rear chimney in enamelled cast iron. Prepared for head-to-head connection. Cooking plate lowered by 4 cm compared to the worktop, hermetically sealed. Satin-finish cooking surface with a cold zone on the front of the plate. Circular hole for fat drainage. Fat collection drawer. Heating is by means of stabilized flame steel burners with pilot burner and safety thermocouple. Gas is supplied by means of a safety tap. The cooking temperature is manually controlled. Ignition by piezoelectric igniter located on the dashboard and equipped with a waterproof rubber cap. Labyrinth control knobs that prevent water penetration during cleaning operations. Appliance equipped with four height-adjustable feet for countertop positioning. IPX4 protection rating.
