Gas griddle ribbed plate, top model. Sides, bottom, and backrest in stainless steel. AISI 304 stainless steel top, 20/10 thickness. Rear chimney in enameled cast iron. Prepared for head-to-head connection. Cooking plate lowered by 4 cm compared to the worktop, hermetically welded. Satin cooking surface with a cold zone on the front of the plate. Circular hole for fat drainage. Fat collection drawer. Heating is provided by stabilized flame steel burners with a pilot burner and safety thermocouple. Gas is supplied via a safety tap. Cooking temperature is manually controlled. Ignition via a piezoelectric igniter located on the dashboard and equipped with a protective rubber cap against water. Labyrinth control knobs that prevent water penetration during cleaning operations. Equipment fitted with four height-adjustable feet for countertop placement. IPX5 protection rating.
